Where we get personal information from

There are three ways we may be provided with your personal information:

  • Directly from you - when you enter information into our site, for example when creating and managing accounts, or completing reviews.
  • By your employer - when your employer enters your information to be shown on a listing.
  • Through third parties - when we validate your identity, qualifications, and registrations through third-party organisations we receive personal information and data relating to your occupation, qualifications, and registration status.

How long we keep your data

When you close your account:

  • we delete your live information (including listings and staff member data) immediately.
  • we retain data in backup form for up to 60 days in case of accidental deletion.

  • Suppliers and service providers who provide our technology
  • Suppliers and service providers who provide our hosting services
